Shipping can be automatically calculated in our checkout. Please add your items to your basket and then click the calculate shipping button. This will give you an accurate shipping quote. For U.S orders over $50 shipping is free.

All our items are in stock and ready to ship once your order is received. Orders will ship within 1 business day of placing your order. Normal shipping time is 3-6 business days for U.S. orders and 5-10 business days for international orders.

To return your item you must email us at within 3 days of receiving it to receive your RMA #. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your shipment. The jewelry must be in unworn brand new condition to receive a refund.

2. Can I exchange an item if the item does not fit or I want something else?
Yes. We do accept exchanges for all unworn jewelry. Please contact us within 3 days of your receipt and we will accommodate your product exchange needs.

3. Are there items you will not accept a return on?
Any body jewelry item that has been worn cannot be returned due to Hygienic reasons. This is for the safety of our customers.

Many of our items are already setup in wholesale packages with discounts fixed into the price. We can, however, offer even larger discounts for large purchases. 2. Do I have to pay sales tax if I am buying wholesale?
For orders over $200 in the state of California we can remove sales tax if you have a sales permit. In order to remove sales tax please contact us at to receive instructions on how to send us a copy of your CA Sales Permit. We can only remove tax with proof of sales permit. All other states outside of California are already exempt from sales tax.
